Story

Antica Cucina Bio was born of a passion… A passion for good things. Milena Marchini, a qualified chef, started the business in 1994, based on the principles of quality, freshness and tradition. Values that even now, 20 years later, distinguish her products, which are loved by consumers in Italy and beyond.
Antica Cucina Bio makes organic products, specialising in yeast-free production. Our products are distributed almost everywhere in Italy through specialist supermarkets and organic food shops.

Traditional Romagnola cuisine is based on love of the region and its products, which are simple but delicious, and therefore known and valued worldwide. The piadina is the quintessential Romagna speciality.
Packed with tradition, today Romagna is home to Antica Cucina Bio, which finds inspiration in respecting the simple flavours of bygone times by using locally-produced ingredients, thus supporting the development of the region’s food and wine sector.
