Antica Cucina Bio is born from the passion for good and natural things,
rediscovered in the tradition of Romagna recipes and typical dishes.
Our bio products are thought out for a balanced, vegetarian diet
that upholds the gastronomic tradition of the Romagna region.
We use a small number of good quality, exclusively organic ingredients
with no yeast added. Spelt, Kamut, oat flour and flour made
with the Cappelli variety of durum wheat, extra virgin olive oil,
water and salt, form the basis of our recipes. We add fresh vegetables,
goat’s cheese or lactose-free mozzarella (more easily digested),
spices and oil-rich seeds.
