HOW TO COOK AN EXCELLENT PIADINA Turn on the stove to a high heat, and heat a hotplate or non-stick pan without greasing it. Open the bag containing the product. If you are not going to use all of it, close it well and put it in the fridge. When the hotplate or non-stick pan is very hot, add the piadina to be cooked and lower the heat. Turn the piadina over, heating it for 40 seconds on each side. Remove it from the pan or hotplate and fill it as you prefer. Suggestions: - tomato, vegetables, soft cheese or cold cuts; - wheat gluten, hamburgers or vegetable meatballs. Serve it hot cut into wedges or folded in half. Alternatively you can fry the piadina in extra-virgin olive oil or butter. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
